Breathing Noises In My Room

Hello everyone i have always been sceptical about the whole ghost and spirit sort of thing.

Breathing noises in my room.

I dont really hear inhaling. But something happened last night that has me really freaked out. I held my breath for like 40 seconds and my cats were locked downstairs. Breathing noises in my room posted in personal encounters.

Okay so i keep hearing this breathing sound in my room at night only heard it a few times though. And can be a sign of many different conditions. I woke up last night at around 3 30 this isn t unusual for me as i often have trouble sleeping throughout the entire night and went to the bathroom.

Noisy breathing is typically caused by a partial blockage or narrowing at some point in the airways. I believe in ghosts and stuff. We went in to inspect. Types of noisy breathing include stertor low pitched stridor and wheezing high pitched.

My sister has been hearing breathing in her closet. Its like a hoo kinda sound like exhaling. I learned that today. Noisy breathing is common especially in children.

We felt something touching our hands and face tickeling us and tugging our hair.
